We had an amazing family stay with the kids enjoying the bounce house slides and fantastic activities led by Susana at the kids club. Just a heads up, the shower could use some maintenance as water leaked outside, but it didn't ruin our awesome time! 😊

We had a wonderful time with our family, thanks to the engaging entertainment program and direct access to a beautiful beach. The kids loved the splash pad and themed evening shows, which kept them happily occupied throughout our stay. The dining options were varied and always fresh, making it easy to find something to please everyone. However, the room could have benefited from better ventilation, as it had a slight musty smell at times.

iberostar is in a great location, super close to the beach. the outdoor swimming pool is just beautiful, and the entertainment team kept my 3-year-old laughing throughout our stay. plus, they had a fantastic gym with all the equipment needed for my workouts.

We had a fantastic family vacation with lots of activities for the kids, including the Star Camp program that allowed us to enjoy some quiet time by the pool while our kids had fun. The friendly staff made our stay even better, and we loved the beachfront access while bringing along our three dogs.

In my wife’s opinion, the entertainment could start earlier to accommodate families with little ones.

It felt cramped, and the semi-transparent bathroom doors were awkward, especially with teenagers. The service from waiting staff stood out as friendly and efficient. The long wait for the elevator was a bit of a hassle. The pricing felt steep for what we got. If you’re looking for a pretty location or amenities for older children, this may not be your best bet. Overall, it's decent for younger families.

Room isolation leaves much to be desired. noises from neighboring rooms can disrupt sleep, especially from kids. Dining options lack variety over longer stays, as the buffet can become repetitive, making meals less exciting by the end of a visit.

The hotel's serene gardens and spacious terraces provided a lovely setting for relaxation, perfect for us seniors. They were well-maintained, allowing easy access without any steep paths, which made our stay enjoyable and worry-free.
